Founded in 1999, HSE Consulting Inc. provides OSHA and MSHA part 46 and part 48 training to companies throughout the United States both on location and at our office. Our consultants are also authorized outreach trainers through the U.S. Department of Labor for conducting OSHA 10 and 30 construction industry training.

Our trainers travel to workplace locations to conduct training sessions or training can be performed at our 40 person training facility located at 315 Commercial Avenue in Cairo, IL. Documentation of all training is provided to employers.

HSE consultants are trained in drug and alcohol collection procedures and use certified labs for verification of results. We also provide website access for employers to receive their results. HSE can make random selections for employers. All positive results are verified by a Medical Review Officer. Our breathalyzer is certified by Intoximeter of St. Louis, MO. Drug and alcohol collections can be performed at the employers workplace. HSE can also write drug and alcohol policies for employers.
